The grapes were harvested and sorted by hand, fermented in open tanks, basket pressed and matured in French oak barrels for 28 months.
Tasting Notes: Dark ruby with slight garnet edge. A blend of three Bordeaux varietals expressing elegance and a fine structure typical of the cool 2007 vintage; black berries, some mint, liquorice and subtle oak – a wine that should continue to develop and improve for at least 10 years from vintage.
