Nicky Versfeld Mia Semillon 2017

The grapes were harvestedfrom17-year-old vines in mid-February 2017 and wholebunch pressed. The grape juice underwent natural fermentationin two 500 litre barrels and aged on the fermentation lees for eight months. This wine was bottled in November 2017.

Nicky Versfeld Double Barrel Semillon 2016

The 2016 Semillon was selected from a 13-year-old single vineyard on the Darling Hills and
harvested the second week of February and whole bunch pressed. This wine was wild yeast
fermented in two 500 litre French oak barrels and aged on the fermentation lees for eight
months with a further bottle maturation for one year.

The grapes were harvested from 15 year old vines in late February 2015 and whole bunch
pressed. The grape juice underwent natural fermentation in two 600 litre third fill French
oak barrels and aged on the fermentation lees for eight months. This wine was bottled
during November 2015.

Two barrels of this wine were made from 14 year old vines in the Darling region. This wine
fermented in third fill 600 litre French oak barrels and aged on fermentation lees for 9
months before being bottled in November 2014.

Two barrels of this wine were made from 13 year old vines in the Darling region. This wine fermented in third fill 600 litre French oak barrels and aged on fermentation lees for 9 months. Bottled in November 2013. Tasting Notes: Golden hue, ripe, rich flavours with lime and nutty presence give this wine great balance and depth.

Lanner Hill Double Barrel White 2012

Only two barrels of this wine were made from 12 year old vines in Darling. This wine was fermented in older 300 litre French oak barrels and aged on the fermentation lees for nine months. Bottled in December 2012. Tasting Notes: Golden hue, ripe rich flavours with lime and nutty presence give this wine great balance and depth.

Tullie Family Vineyards The Yair

Both varieties were harvested in mid February 2009. The Sauvignon Blanc was fermented in stainless steel tanks and left on fine lees for 10 months. The Semillon fermented in 300 Litre French oak and aged on fermentation lees for 8 months. Tasting note: This classic blend has a focussed duration of flavours reflecting the cool coastal origin. A bright complex taste of lime, fig and peach and a waxy long finish.

Kumkani Cradle Hill Cabernet Sauvignon 2005

The fruit is from a single hillside vineyard in the Bottelary area. Full ripe fruit was hand picked during the second week of March 2005 and fermented in stainless tanks for 10 days. After fermentation, the wine was aged in 300 litre French oak barrels for 21 months. This wine was selected from the best barrels and lightly filtered at bottling. 100 cases of this wine were sold at the 2007 CWG Auction. Tasting note: Dense, dark red colour. Fresh blackcurrant and ripe berry fruit on the nose. The palate is layered with ripe fruit and oak flavours and a soft tannin structure.

Kumkani Cradle Hill Cabernet Sauvignon 2005

The fruit is from a single hillside vineyard in the Bottelary area. Full ripe fruit was hand picked in the second week of March 2005 and fermented in stainless steel tanks for10 days.
